This position is contingent upon contract award which is anticipated in April xxxxDCGS-A SIGINT Training LeadClearance : TS/SCI minimum , CI poly preferredDegree: Bachelor’s DegreeThe DCGS-A SIGINT Training Lead shall possess 15 or more years of verifiable Army Military Intelligence experience/training experience as an officer, noncommissioned officer, or equivalent experience. The SIGINT Training Lead’s resume shall have 10 years’ experience in the development, planning, execution and management of complex SIGINT training events occurring simultaneously at diverse locations worldwide. The SIGINT Training Lead’s shall have experience managing projects from initiation through closing. Have expert knowledge of the Training Development Capability (TDC) this position requires intimate knowledge of the U.S. Army Field Office Fort Hood (FOFH) Standard Operating Procedures.General Requirements:Training specialists determine training requirements for specific job functions, and develop training programs and training materials necessary for affecting the actual training. They conduct research necessary to develop and revise training courses, curriculum and training programs. They develop all course material, such as course manuals, training aids, student texts and handouts. Their skills include providing classroom and on-the-job instruction and computer based/aided training. These individuals have advanced specialized training in areas specific to their professional experience.The candidate must be familiar with Army Regulation 700-142, Logistics, Type Classification, Materiel Release, Fielding and Transfer, HQDA, dated 17 January xxxx. This position may require a 25% or greater travel requirement to Continental US (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS) locations, including Germany, Korea, Afghanistan and other locations worldwide as required. In addition, the candidate shall be prepared to support exercises and training events.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and twelve to fifteen years of prior field experience in the specific intelligence field/function being taught. Intelligence Community professional certification required to support some courses.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face.
